and today we're going to talk about mindful intimacy, mindful

intimacy because as we come home to ourselves as we shared in the prior episode it will

start to affect our relationships and we will be able to deepen our relationships.

around these notions of intimacy and connection and authenticity.

It is one thing to learn to be authentic by yourself,

If I can enjoy solitude that I am at home with me, it is a whole

And so this is both for those who are already in relationships and want to deepen them and for those who are

single but who are wanting connection and also knowing that the next time you want things to be different.

That space and that history for you may be filled with a lot of pain or disappointment or frustration and so being very much aware that as I come

home to me I want to only enter into relational spaces where I don't lose myself, and I also want to enter

into relational spaces where I can be at home in the presence of another and invite

them to be at home in my presence because what you do not want is two inauthentic
