Sometimes I do podcasts that I myself need to hear.

And this would be one of them and I have done a holiday themed podcast already in the past month.

It was just kind of like how to have a stress free holiday.

So this one is also a little bit holiday themed or can apply to holiday.

But it also can apply very easily to every other day of your life, not just holiday.

So while this will have a holiday theme, if you're listening to it and it's not a holiday,

this is about peace.

This is about simplifying your life and finding your peace again.

And I'm literally in the middle of a flurry of chaos in my own life.

And it happens to be in the middle of holiday season.
