Brian Shaffer was a medical student from Ohio who disappeared in 2006 under unusual circumstances that seemed to defy logic. His case remains one of the most mysterious in Ohio's history for the bizarre scenario seemingly captured on camera. He was last seen on surveillance footage entering a bar near the Ohio State University campus, but shockingly, was never seen leaving on any existing CCTV footage. Despite numerous efforts to uncover what happened to Brian while in that bar, including searches and investigations, his disappearance remains unsolved and is considered one of the most enigmatic missing persons cases in recent history.
