The trip I wanted to do was to hike out of the Salmon River Canyon, so the second deepest canyon, North America, up into the mountain range,

summit eight of the major peaks in the mountain range, and then descend into Hells Canyon and take pack rafts with us and then packraft out of out of house canyon on the snake river there

So, yeah, we really appreciate you guys reaching out to us and letting us know. So first of all, Sam, welcome to the show. Thanks for having me. Yeah, good to have you, man. So we're going to talk today about a little bit of a mishmash of adventure. We're going to talk a

little bit about some rafting in Idaho and Oregon. We're going to talk about some hiking in the

Seven Devils Mountain Range, which I want to know about. I want you to explain to me about what

that is and what it's like out there because it looks absolutely beautiful. We're going to talk about

some climbing

and canoeing in Moab and if we can get to it, hopefully we can talk about another river,

a river trip down through the Grand Canyon and even some backpacking in Spain. So that's a lot to

cover, but I'm hoping we can get to all of it. So let's get on with it.
