I do. I bench yesterday. Yeah, I feel good. How much do you bench? Not very much. But I'm happy about it. I'm proud of myself. That's great. Yeah. Because with weight training, it's all about doing it. All right. Yeah. And not chasing numbers. Okay, great. although that can be fun too. I'm guessing that's getting into one of your tips. No, I have a real question for you. A lot of really strong climbers don't weight train at all. Chris Sharma is the famous example, but even, I mean, a lot of people do like some rings or some stuff that's, you know, kind of off the wall training, but these guys aren't like deadlifting.
