Today's Lovejoy Hour is 15 questions to Don Letts. Now, Don Letts is a British filmmaker, musician, DJ, broadcaster and social commentator who they say helped introduce reggae to the British punk scene in the 70s. He certainly had a hand in it. He's best known for directing all of the Clash Music's videos and for his films,

the punk rock movie and the Clash Westway to the world,

which he won a Grammy for in 2003.

Since 2009, he's hosted a slot on BBC Radio 6 music called Culture Clash every Sunday from 10 to 12.

He's recently released a book There and Black Again,

where he looks back on an exceptional life and tells tales of him befriending Bob Marley

and becoming one of the UK's most highly regarded video directors during the MTV Boom.

He directed music videos for musical youth, psychedelic, psychedelic first,

the pretenders, Bob Marley, Fun Boy 3, Elvis Costello, the list carries on and on and on and on.

In fact, if I listen to the things he'd done, it would take up the whole hour. So let's just talk to him
