about this. I know a little bit about these kinds of free cities. I think there's a free cities

foundation out there who's found or I think I've interviewed as a matter of fact. So is this classified

in that general category what we're talking about today? Yeah, free cities or some people call them

charter cities. There's the charter cities institute. So there's a whole line of thought around

this idea and Honduras just happens to be for reasons we can get into in a little bit the place

is this something that could occur in any country of the world? In principle, yes, and that's
