So this is going to be a generally completely different feel than last week's episode in terms of my performance.

Oh, was last week the 2 a.m. show?

Shit, it actually was.

That was when we were trying to fix our sleeping schedule, which, by the way, we recorded

that show, and then we probably fell asleep, like, right after.

And we did not do that.

I did not, you know, you were saying, like, oh, we're going to do an old-nighter,

and I was like, we definitely are but my version of an all-nighter is we stay up

until like four and then I have a really fucked-up sleep schedule and it actually makes everything

worse yeah that's usually how it goes so this is called a Rachel I'm Chris and I'm Rachel

and Rachel's Beppy I'm feeling so much better no there's not a cure, I, like, it's the highs and lows of this roller

coaster you call depression. Yeah. I don't know what it is, but I started feeling a lot better,

like, like a few days ago, and I just have, today I'm like energy banched. I got so much done.

Today was just like a day where like a lot of shit just like happened.

I don't know.

I feel like Tuesdays are always a day of Beppo.

Or just a lot of shit happens usually.

Mondays everybody's like ugh work.

You know, the grind.
