Very exciting stuff.

I have, you know, been having repeated stomach problems and, you know, just going through it out here with digestive stuff.

But I got into this kind of program online. So I've been like down a digestive journey.

I've been on the path to restoring my digestive health through, you know,

basically the journey of someone else who put together a program that cost me money.

But they actually seem to be offering solutions.

I've been following it.

Things seem better.

One of them being seemingly the most effective, but also the most disappointing that I've

just let myself go down this path is that just chewing and eating slower.

I mean, I am a maniac when I eat.

I eat food so fast.

Me and Hannah both eat fast.

I won't call Hannah a maniac, but we eat.

No, I am.
