Summary

Shiloh’s birth story threw me for a complete loop. Birth anxiety! Panic attacks! A completely unplanned birth location!

Yep. We’re bringing all the drama with this one, folks.

But through it all runs the incredible thread of God’s sovereign goodness and care for the details of our lives.

Enjoy!

Hello and welcome to the MS-Mama Podcast. I'm your host Abby Halberstadt, happy wife,

0:10.5

Mama 10 Bible Believing Christian.

0:13.0

And on today's show, we are just keeping on rolling with our birth stories.

0:17.0

It's funny how long you can make a series last when you're talking about 10 children.

0:21.0

And that is including two sets of twins twins so we get a two for one on

0:25.2

those birth stories as well as the fact that I rolled my first three birth stories

0:29.5

into one podcast on the intro to this series if you have not heard it yet you can go back and

0:34.5

listen to that or any of the other so far. Today we are talking about baby number

0:39.3

eight whose name is Shiloh and he was kind of a unique birth following honors birth. So if you have not heard

0:46.4

honors birth story yet, you want to go back and listen to that because the context of that

0:50.9

birth will make this next story makes so much more sense. So if you guys have

0:55.8

been following along for a while, you know that we are talking about a lady, me, that's me, who goes long in her

1:06.8

gestations of her babies. Her babies like to stay inside and she has come to terms with that. I have come to terms with that. I'll stop talking

1:14.7

about myself in the third person and really have gotten to the point where it doesn't bother me.

1:20.0

I assume I'm going to go over. Now there is a certain point and I reached it absolutely which you will hear about with Shiloh

1:27.6

Where it does feel like really lord this is bit much, but I will say that I don't remember which baby I had already had,

1:38.0

which number of babies I had already had when I heard this, but a friend of mine who has four children went to four full weeks

1:47.8

passed her due date with one of her babies and had a perfectly healthy

1:52.3

normal baby perfectly healthy normal delivery.

1:55.0

So also, I don't want to completely watch this story, but I'm always in awe of this story whenever I remember it and whenever I think of going quote unquote long or

2:04.5

pasture quote unquote due date I mean what is a due date even we know it's just a guess or an

2:09.6

estimation because babies come when our bodies are triggered and their bodies are the ones that do it.
