I want to start by talking about Lenin and Gramski. Two different kinds of Marxists, two different kinds

of communists, two different

approaches to revolution.

Lenin advocated a violent approach to revolution.

He wanted to overthrow the man,

overthrow the system.

He was the brains behind the system. He was the he was the brains behind the Bolshevik revolution in Russia and

his approach was direct action. The Italian Marxist Gramski's who spent a lot of time in the

Slammer argued for another approach and his approach was what he called the

long march through the institutions.

What he wanted to do was basically

Lenin wanted to take the

direct approach and fire bomb the west, the mansion of the west.

He wanted to have the rioters gather around outside it and burn it down.

Gramski wanted to send in the termites and have the termites conduct their long march through the floor joists.

So Gramsky's approach, well, initially, Lenin's approach seemed to be the one that worked. It accomplished its purpose at least initially
