So today's episode we're going to do a episode solely dedicated to a guy's question from

social media.

The reason I want to do this is number one he's deploying pretty soon.

He's an active duty butoon leader and in the infantry and deploying and wants to know how

he could align tactically exceptional teams in training and mindset for his own unit.

This struck a chord with me because obviously we support guys who are downrange and supporting

troops, first responders, whoever it may be.

And this is kind of a time sensitive thing right?

So I kind of fragged which is a fragmentation order.

Fragged kind of our line up and decided to do this.
