You know, we some country boys from Louisiana. So every year, my family, we do a butchery. A busherie is what it's called. And we kill a hawk. And we make a bunch of different meat. So we make boudan, crackling, stuff like that. And there's always just a real good time, really kind of help center. And, you know, put stuff back into perspective, man. A lot of times, you know, we get so caught up in this modern world where we so used to go into the grocery store and getting stuff. And we don't really know where our food come from. So, a lot lot of my family sometimes, like the women in my family, they'll be like, ah, man, you know, that's gruesome. Why y'all doing that? This, that and the third. That's nasty, but you'll go to the store and pick up a pack of pork chops and don't think nothing to. With this, you know where it's coming from. And you get some real life skills because, man, you don't know. What would you go do if they call those the grocery store down tomorrow?
