1:36.8	that was investigating the idea of leasing lands to hunters, which was a novel idea at the time, and Toxi was building his business
1:46.3	and he had a handle on the direction that the market was going, and he, out of of kindness came to Birmingham. We had our meeting and that company leased
1:58.2	their land shortly after and the industrial companies picked that up. Other Reats and Timcoes did, and by now it's an old story, but
2:07.4	hundreds and hundreds of thousands of hunters have high quality places to hunt because of a meeting that Toxy went to 35 years ago.
