Liddy. It's Liddy right now because it's almost Halloween. It's October and

it's time for ghosting stories. Today we're going to hear some ghost stories.

But before we begin for people who don't know what ghosting is, dictionary.com

defines ghosting as dictionary.com. Okay. Just that means that's actually a

fucking word. That's what it means. The practice of ending a personal

relationship with somebody by suddenly and without explanation with drawing

from all communication. So I want to say this because ghosting is spooky. It's

the ultimate silent treatment. And it's terrible. It's terrible. It could happen

after a few dates or even after a serious relationship. It could happen with

someone you've known your whole life and it happens without warning. When you

get ghosted, that's what that means. Yeah. Ghosted gone. Ghosting. It's only now

that we're putting a word to it and calling it ghost. It always existed. But it's

existed since like before mankind. We just never had it turn for it. We'd

always say like, oh yeah, never heard from again. It was fucked up. You know

when it's like, oh, he ghosted me. Yeah, it's crazy that it's so popular that

it's actually part of our lexicon now. And I think that we kind of make a joke

of it. Like, oh, we got ghosted to soften the blow of like how it's like a

cute word to make the whole feeling. Yeah. Like, yeah, to like not make you

want to jump off a bridge because it's fucked up. Like ghosting can be

confusing, humiliating. And it could make you search for answers when you're not
