I have on James Barry and I absolutely always love my conversations with him.

We talked about the sanctumies and as per usual with James, we dive into a million different

directions, touching on health, raising children, how to teach your kids about bodily autonomy,

But I just always love my conversations with him and I'm so grateful for him for being

open and sharing his the sanctumies story with us.

Because it is one of the top ways that couples choose to end their childbearing years.

So yeah, it was really great talking to him.

And so I checked out her account and I was like, oh my gosh, this lady's awesome.

And have since been following her and love everything that she posts.

She's so funny.

She does these reels that are really funny.

They're kind of sarcastic and you just have to have that sense of humor.
