0:07.0	Justice and the FBI to announce state and federal charges against 13 members of two
0:13.6	militia groups who were preparing to KIDNAP and possibly kill me.

1:22.9	allegedly plotting against police and planning to attack the state capital in an attempt

1:29.6	With an informant listening in, they called Whitmer a tyrant, one of the suspects saying,
1:34.6	snatch and grab the governor.
