Adam Ferrar is an American actor and comedian known for playing the roles of Chief Needles Nelson on Rescue Me.

Sergeant Frank Vilelli opposite Edie Falco on Nurse Jackie. He was a co-host on the U.S.

version of Top Gear. Adam Podcast is a big hit and available everywhere. Sounds like it could be funny.

trouble getting off the island. It's actually, uh, if there's any kind of a cloud cover, because they

fly you in those little like buddy Holly planes, you know, those little, nine-seaters. So I was late. We were

delayed like eight hours getting off the island. I missed my window to record the podcast with Stern and my wife. So you just

got me this week. But luckily, we have a great interview. I had trouble getting in to Nantucket. I'll

tell you what happened. I'm at Logan and I got to get on one of those little planes. And they have to

ask you your weight. So they asked the lady in front of me her weight. And she says,

109. Look, we all have

goals. Certainly there's things about me I'd like to change. And hopefully one day, we'll all get

what we want. But the guy didn't ask the lady aspirational weight. And I don't want to fat shame

anybody, but there's a safety concern. So she said 109, and I just did a quick assessment, and I just added 60 pounds to my weight. So hopefully it evens out. So then we actually get on the plane, right? And we're taxing. We're on the runway. There's nine of us on this little plane. It's like being inside a water heater. And the pilot, 12 years old, a 12 year old pilot. He turns around. He's like,

this is your captain speaking. I'm like, I can see you. There's nine people here. I'm looking
