But every now and then I flip the script.

Yesterday, I was asked to do this gig in Canarsie Brooklyn.

Like three weeks ago.

Exactly.

I was asked to do this gig three weeks ago, right? I made, I pretended to look at the schedule. You know when you're on the phone and you pretend to look at it? I was like, yeah, give me one second. Because your gut immediately was like, don't do it. Like the previous flies and other shows. I look at the TV for five seconds, put the phone down. Yeah, I'm not available. What about the following week? Give me one second. Put the phone down. Look at New York One. Oh, man, I'm not available. Finally, you know, it's a friend of mine, and he's actually going to be a guest on my episode. So I finally say yes to the gig. Yeah. All right? The show's at Carnarcy Brooklyn. You know, it's a restaurant bar gig. I picture TVs on while we're performing. You know, stand-up is hard, people. And when you put like a TV, when you put a crowd that maybe doesn't know there's going to be comedy there, who knows, but we've done enough of these where you can smell a shit gig. Yes. Of course, I don't, why would I put it on my Google Maps until the day of? It's just an hour and 10 minutes away. And that's a sweltering heat yesterday. So I meet up with Jason Andorz. He's another comic. Love Jason. Yeah, he's fun. Yeah. And that's good company. So we get on the train. You see me very drunk. Okay. Apologized to you in advance. I actually post. Who was I messy? Did he pop and lock and get you another drink? He's a big brig dancer. Is he now? And pass you, pap, papa, and pass your water. I just remember.
