This is a week now, so it's a week with no alcohol and I actually just went on a trip up north and stayed in a cabin roaring fire and I would have liked nothing better than to enjoy some nice flagstaff beers or you know just like a nice whiskey and no kept it kept it real guys I even

resisted the the biscuits at Black Bart's steakhouse I was just stuck to meat

and veggies starting a diet around the holidays is the ultimate punishment and the

ultimate test for like self-will and and perseverance so I commend you good sir.

Well the thing is when you're fat sweaters just are very, you know, I want to wear a sweater, but I want to look conspicuously puffy in a sweater.

When it's t-shirt weather, you can kind of get away with that, but in a sweater when it's t-shirt weather you can kind of get away with that but uh but in a sweater I don't

what people talk about bikini pods I talk about my sweater selt it's all about the

it's all about the extra flannel shirt that you throw on top of the

t-shirt that's that's the fat guy move. They don't want to hear about your
