fine with a Union Shop and we're gonna have it be kind of a committee like we do

in Germany where in Germany they have had great success with work councils

council's putting workers and management together in a room and

helping them manage the workflow because it turns out employees actually have an

investment in making sure that the plant succeeds yes long term that they would

like to have they'd like to work there like their kids to work there and so there's

this thing called the works council which is wired way into German culture and law that Bob Corker has a real problem with.

Well, because the people who pay Bob Corker to be a senator.
