I was giving me a public talk and man stood up and said,

how do I not feel guilt about the way I pass my trauma onto my kids,

which incidentally we all do until we figure it out? And I asked him, when in your life have you not felt guilty?

He said, never. In other words, the guilt predated anything he ever did. And the guilt actually began, when you analyze it, because his parents were not happy,

and he thought that was his fault when he was two years old.

So at that point, you decide I'm just not worthy.

And then you do anything wrong that feeds that sense of unworthiness, but what you did it wrong didn't cause the unworthiness.
