A travesty and an injustice was brought to my attention around noon yesterday as I found

out that Sofai Stadium in L.A. would not allow tailgating in the parking lot for the college

football national championship game.

Now after all the dumb things that California has done lately, this one's pretty far up

there.

First off, it's college football and tailgating is one of the best parts.

Not having parking lot tailgating at the Nadi is like having fully dressed strippers.

It doesn't make any sense at all.

It's a part of the experience.

And after we just had Rose Bowl tailgating and a freaking parade, I want to know why

this terrible rule is in effect.

So you can be homeless in California or L.A. and use the street as a toilet, but you can't

tailgate in the parking lot.
