Oh, man, it's good to be back. And thank you. Thank you for having me and thanks for the kind words. Yeah sure and of course before we go into uh what

you're doing now in l a with uh truck accident cases i we do want to uh say that you were our second

podcast guest ever my first podcast guest was my sister asking me questions and our second one

was jordan jones the brave soul that he is

we didn't have video this is like TV without this is like radio without TV at the

point right like this is before we launched the YouTube channel we did it all like

vocally like over whatever we were using at that time right and. And, you know, we had connected in mid-July, 2017. You know, and now it's like headed towards the end of the year, 2024. You were one of the first people we ever featured. You talked about boxing and you're practicing in Detroit at the time. Yeah. And like, you know, here we are 200 episodes later. You know, you've come in to see me at an event in Boston. You know, you've been a good friend of lawyer stories. You're like a consultant. We appreciate you, man. We're so happy to have you back. And, you know, we're excited to talk about what you're doing. So thanks so much, man. Listen, man, the pleasure's all mine. And kudos to you for what you've done.

I mean, you know, like you said, it's come a very, very long way since episode two. Yeah. And I'm super proudy and what you put together here, man. You and the team. You guys did a wonderful job. Thanks, man. I appreciate it. So we're going to go into your story a little bit. I know we have discussed before, but you know, you've litigated over 100 trucking cases since you began over like 10 years ago.

Yeah.

And is it true that you're only one of two lawyers in California who's board certified and truck accident law by the name?

Yeah, as far as I know. Yeah. So there's like there's, I think there's six people licensed

in California who who are board certified, but but like only two people are like actually like in

California. Like I know there's like one guy he's like in like I think

Oregon but he's licensed here but he's based in Oregon so like in terms of people like

actually based here you know boots on the ground just to two of us me and this one other

lady who's a good friend she's great too so that's like really rare and like tell me like

I'm curious like what does it take to be like a, a board certified and truck act law? Well, I'll tell you, man, I, I, uh, you got to write this test. And, and this thing's hard as shit. This is a hard test. And I, I remember, like, halfway through the test. And it's like, it's like proctor and everything. Like you got to use that exam software.

And they're like looking at you on your camera,

making sure you're not doing crazy stuff and cheating.
