So so what's this what's the scoop what happened there just like taking care of it just staying off of it? Yes and it's been the five weeks and I just went to the doctor right before we started recording I just got back from the doctors and she said I am good to go.

Yeah, I broke my foot and nobody knows how including me so there we go.

And Jess and I have ongoing foot trauma that we like to discuss.

So beauty, news, good lord, this has been, news just keeps coming fast and furious,
