S&A Investor Podcast, where I break down the headlines and tell you what's really moving these markets.

Man, I am finally moved in.

I'm officially a Florida resident and I'm actually broadcasting from my home office, which is really cool.

Thanks for the guys' studio for hooking me up for that.

And I could tell you one thing, you really learn a lot of things when you move,

like, you know, how much crap you have and how far a drive from Baltimore to

Florida really is because everybody said that's about 10 hours but when you have a

pregnant wife and a two-year-old you could stretch that out to like 13 almost

14 hours.

Also interesting how nice everyone is in my neighborhood.

I mean people maybe cookies and cake I mean they must have

just saw the chubby guy in the neighborhood because everyone's in great shape over here.

I guess everyone's walking.

So they made me like cookies and cake and like three or four people the neighbors come over and that was pretty cool.

And my next door neighbor actually invited me to Easter dinner which is cool because you know we have no family

So we accepted and we got to meet them they have a couple kids and you know it was pretty cool because you know and stuff like that happens you know in

New York and someone knocks on your door you pretty much think that they're telling you

that you know you should move your car or something that's their space and you know these

people knock on my door hand to me cookies which is pretty cool so me and my
