What's up guys? Welcome back to the pod. Happy Friday. I have missed you all so much. I went to London. I did absolutely nothing. I truly sat on my couch watch Love is Blind which we're going to talk about today. We have to do an emergency press conference about love is blind and

summer house I had something else plan but that will be on Monday now

But today I'm just gonna recap everything from my trip and then Summer House and Love is Blind. So spoilers ahead if you haven't seen yet

All right, so London was so great. I went home. I saw all my girlfriends. I had a dinner in particular that just really made me feel so good. I had had dinner with four of my friends from high school and it was just so wonderful to see them and what

incredible women they are and really just laughed my ass off, spent a lot of time with

Jotie which was incredible and just hung out with my mom and did absolutely nothing.

I always feel bad because you guys are always like, where should I go in London?

Oh my God, London content, and then I literally sat on my couch and just like ate food.

But I did keep up with my working out

because I knew I wasn't going to work out in Paris.

And then Paris was good.

It was, I fared a lot better than I did in the fall. I saw a lot of friends. I didn't have that many

shows but it was great anyway. Went to a couple parties, went out, ate some great

restaurants.

The hotel I stayed, it was fabulous.

The so Paris would highly recommend it

if you're going, like as someone trying to have fun in Paris,

it's a good hotel.

And yeah, it was good.

I didn't have any mental breakdowns.
