Well, Kerry Lake has been fighting this exact issue for some time. There was a big election suit recently. Rich says I heard they had a great ruling in their favor.

And the next thing I heard she's running for Senate in 2024. What happened to this suit?

Yeah, it seems to have dropped out or I don't know if the judge has given a final ruling on it. Obviously she doesn't think anything's going to come out of it. She thinks based on running for Senate, she thinks that the court system is just going to continue to kick the can on this.

They're not going to help us on this. This is something that we have to hold our elected officials accountable to courts aren't going to help us just not start with the Supreme Court in with the 2020 Fiasco.

Apparently Roberts told the other the other eight don't we're not having anything to do with any of it anything that comes our way we're pushing it back to the previous appellate court.

We're not going to touch it. And apparently, apparently county courts, federal, you know, state courts are doing the same thing. They're just not touching it.

This guy Thompson, if I recall this judge in Maricopa County, I mean his rulings have been just utterly pathetic and stupid.

Again, it's just these it's these straw grasping statements of like, well, they didn't do a very good job of signature verification, but at least they did something akin to signature verification.

It was just these dumb rulings when in point of fact, they didn't follow the law. They were doing they were matching signatures with all kinds of substitutes to the signature that's actually on file in their voter registration.

And that according to Arizona law is precisely what's required. The signature that's on the ballot is required to match with the signature they have on file as part of their voting registration.

Not some not something else, nothing some, you know, passport or some bill or some other very specific to their voter registration signature.

That's the match. They didn't do that, but the judge doesn't care. So I get the sense that carry thinks this is a loss calls. That's how I'm interpreting it.

I don't remember what happened with Katie hops, but did she ever come back? Yeah, she did. We know apparently they all went to we don't know.

We don't know. They threw some story at us. One version was she and a few others went to Washington DC to for some kind of conference.
