Thank you so much for joining us again this week, especially after missing last week. It's really good to be back with you.

As I mentioned last week in my little disclaimer about how we were having technical difficulties,

it was really frustrating. And then this week, I almost didn't get an episode out once again.

I was traveling all week to San Diego on business down at my office down

there and had no time to work on the episode. And by the time I got home on Thursday night,

I really wasn't feeling great. And by Friday, I was full-blown, just really sick and had a

terrible cold and it didn't go away and the symptoms felt weird. So I took a

COVID test and yep, I have COVID. So my throat is sounding kind of weird. And in fact, I had

sent a message out to our team saying that there wouldn't be an episode this week. But it's

late Sunday night. I suddenly had a little bit of energy,

and I'm grateful that we're able to get an episode out.
