behind. The man and the woman struck up a conversation with Jane. They were best friends

and lived an extraordinary life, jet-setting across the world. The man was wealthy, and

he was generous too. He was a millionaire, and his money funded camp scholarships and helped

build facilities. He liked swooping in to save the day. He was always looking for young people

with talent, who needed just a little bit of extra financial support to follow their

dreams. It seemed like a stroke of good luck for Jane to be introduced to this philanthropist

with lots of connections to powerful and famous people. And Jane discovered the man lived

in Palm Beach, Florida, just like she did. Another seemingly happy coincidence. They exchanged

phone numbers to stay in touch.

What Jane didn't know then was that this meeting at a summer camp was the beginning of
