So today's guest is Warren Pole. Now, Warren Poll is no new

kid to adventure. He fell in love with motorcycles when he was young and he had a career in motorcycle

racing. This led to a career in motorcycle journalism. He even had his own TV show on the Discovery

Channel, Ultimate Biker Challenge. This led on to a career

in pure journalism, but then he transitioned. He went into ultra marathoning and he says he just got

hooked on that, but that made him realize that the foods that he was using were deficient

in giving him what he needed. So he started 33 Shake.
