| 1:49.0 | And what he was experiencing in that moment was the opposite. |
| 1:53.0 | So any emotional agility, and this comes to the writing, I talk about not only the need for others to see us, but for us to see ourselves. |

| 2:07.0 | Correct. It's absolutely the first step we so often live our lives in our heads. |
| 2:12.0 | And we keep a safe distance from ourselves, from our hearts, from our needs, from our desires, from our emotions. |
