Arthur Engoron, this New York, and by the way, the reading I'm doing, I'm finding out New York judges are as corrupt as Washington DC judges.

New York legal circuit, judicial circuit is just as corrupt, meaning ideologically corrupt, meaning they weaponize the law against political opponents just as much as they do in DC.
