we're exhausted by life, we're despairing of the world, but also really happy to be alive.

It's all going on.

It's very confusing, very heady blend of emotion.

Gemma, I will say, is also admittedly quite angry because it was her turn to troll this week. So we can look forward to extreme levels of blood pressure next week when it's my turn. And in the meantime, we both found ourselves hard relating to this guy who was posted on Instagram by an account called

Street Fame Culture.

I just need a day between every day to recover from day before, just so I can prepare for

the day coming.

I think that needs to be in the next Angela Rainer workers' rights bill.

We have a day off in between.

I would absolutely love it.

I've actually got a friend who's got a friend who has managed to sort her life out.

So that if she does a day, she says to her, she says, oh, I need it.

I need a day to recover.

My neighbor, she has a thing now. She's like, no, I'm not working full time anymore. She's gone down to three days. She's adjusted her life as a result. And now she has days where she does tarts and techno. She bakes tarts and she listens to techno. I'm like, you are living my dream.

Yeah, some people have got it really absolutely sorted. And you're correct, my levels of despair

reached new lows, I guess, this week. But we'll go into why. There's always a story trawlers.
