1:00.4	comes from Phyllis-McMaster's. I see that the steel has already started. In Texas
1:06.6	many voters have reported that their vote was changed to be for the
1:10.1	opponent and not whom they voted for.
1:13.0	It was only discovered by these voters after getting a printed receipt at the polling
1:16.6	location, showing whom they recorded their vote was for.
1:21.0	What can be done to stop this? Shouldn't each voter be given these receipts and made to verify
1:26.4	choices before leaving?
