of a book that we both agree, Stephen and I, every trader should read called You Are What You Risk.

But that's not Michelle's only book, but we're going to tell you a little bit about her and her other book.

She is an author and strategist, and she's famous for the term the gray rhino, which speaks to obvious, probable, and impactful risks, which we're surprisingly likely, but not

condemned to neglect, but we do have that tendency. She's the author of four books, and of course,

the best sell of Great Rino, How to Recognize an Act on Obvious Dangers We Ignore.

China's leadership actually has used to frame and communicate its crackdown on financial risk

using her book.

This metaphor has moved markets, shaped financial policies, and made headlines around the

world, and it's also helped to frame the ignored warnings ahead of COVID-19 pandemic.

It also inspired, this is very sexy, this inspired the lyrics of the hit

pandemic pop single, Blue and Grey by the meg band, BTS, about depression as a great rhino.
