myself included in this, I feel like a lot of people have an issue with saying no

because they're afraid of how they're going to be perceived they don't want to be called a bitch or an asshole

But like putting your foot down you know like saying no to your friends or saying no in all the round? All around, all around.

I feel like a lot of people have a hard time

really voicing, not only voicing their opinion,

but really standing behind it and firmly saying no.

Damn, I actually feel the opposite.
