0:40.4	So why is everybody so sensitive? You know, I'm talking about you just look around and there are
0:45.1	a lot of feelings. Everybody has a feeling and they want to share that feeling publicly and I'm
0:50.5	looking at these kids going, wow, you are incredibly sensitive. So unlike the generations before us,
0:57.2	I always go back to my grandfather, you know, my favorite human being ever and I think about all
1:02.0	that he lived through. My grandfather growing up during the times of segregation, real actual
1:07.8	social issues that existed in this country, right? Growing up as a child and having to work,
1:14.5	forced to work on a sharecropping farm so that his family could eat, right? And yet I never
1:23.2	remember my grandfather having all of these feelings. He was never angry about the way that he grew
1:27.8	up. In fact, I never saw my grandfather cry, not even on my grandmother's dying day. They were
1:35.2	married for a time that he was 17 years old, 40 some plus years, no tears, a true, strong patriarch.
1:45.2	Today you just can't even imagine us producing that sort of human being. Everybody is sensitive.
1:50.5	Even more sensitive than they were when I was growing up. In fact, I was thinking about this. I was
1:56.3	thinking about my first day of kindergarten. You're not even going to believe what happened to me.
2:00.8	So it was sort of my first time being properly socialized. I didn't go to preschool and all of
2:07.2	the kindergartners did go to preschool. But my first day meeting a bunch of people that I didn't
2:11.7	know outside of my family web. I remember we went to the playground. It was recessed time.
