Summary

I know for me, I had a hard time understanding this because if I ate whatever I wanted during the time when I was still binge eating then that would lead to a binge!
So in this episode, I'm explaining what it really means to eat what you want in a way that will help you feel less restricted and will lead to less binge eating and how you can make it work for you.
