Summary

As Jim Halpert, John Krasinski embodies The Office’s most beloved Everyguy, but his middle-achiever alter ego belies the actor’s impressive and accomplished resume. 0:25.0	Now technically it's episode number two, but episode number one was with my friend Val McCallum
0:31.0	and it was a test episode to see if this idea even worked.
0:35.7	And we were so happy with it that it became our first episode, but when we decided to actually
0:40.4	do this and make it a real thing, I called my friend John Kresinski, who I
0:45.0	had known for a long time and I said, come in, do this weird podcast television show thing
0:50.8	with me and we'll try it out and see if it works.
0:53.4	And John without knowing anything about it and without it having any distribution,
0:58.0	he agreed to come in and open up to me and coincidentally this was right at the time that the office was ending.
1:05.0	So he was in a really interesting place.
1:08.0	He'd had a steady gig for a lot of years, but when he got the office he was an unknown and then when the office ended he was a major celebrity, but he had no idea what he was going to do next.
