Now, it's time to welcome in these beauties here with me this week, but a quick personal

note combined with a housekeeping update.

I am officially playing injured this week.

Not hurt, I'm injured.

Okay, I've been dealing with a herniated disc for a while now, and I don't know what I

did.

I think I just got old, but something went to shit today and I was not able to walk for

a little while.

I was not able to sit for a little while, but I popped an ibuprofen.

I got a Pacifico, and you know what, we're just going to make this work.

That's the personal side.

Now the housekeeping thing, I've been quietly putting the last few episodes up on YouTube.

I'm just guessing that I'm probably going to have some little acute spasms at certain
