I think the obvious question here Tommy now that we're talking about the beep test last week is why see you survived so congratulations, but how'd you do.

I actually didn't have to run it so.

We give somebody a reach around how do you get out of a beat test no no I just didn't have to run it so.

As a returning champ for last year they just said yeah you're right we trust you.

The fitness program completely changed so it just it just wasn't in play.

No beep test at all that's why are you are you too fit to run it like what no that just the whole program change so what I thought it was going to be wasn't what it was.

I'm like befuddled I feel like beat test is like the thing you start everybody knows is coming did they give you an explanation and was everybody just jubilant or what.

Just no I like dreaded the beat test and like the two mile run because we have to do like both the first you know day of training in college I was I would dread it for months on it and then I actually think less teams do it now.

So I think there's like science behind that maybe it doesn't make it as big of a difference so i've done it less and less and less each year ridiculous ridiculous.

First of all Austin is a spectacular city I've never been here before so it's been very cool took a little trip to to rainy street into six street and the whole thing getting the full full dose of Austin so been been really cool so far they're training facilities is great and they have a bunch of fields and Toronto's here too so that's been fun.
