And after all that we're not done so I got really interesting and I would say enlightening chat with Luca Colio show he is a 17 year old American is on the edge or verge of breaking into the senior team with esponial in La Liga.

So he talks about some of the insane sacrifices that he and his family is made and some of the big plans he has for the future so cool interview stay tuned for that but now it is time to welcome in these beauties here with me this week.

So we've been doing this all season so I'll just continue to trend here one word to describe this season there are a lot of ups there are a lot of downs I remember you guys lost a coach early in the season a lot of highs a lot of lows a lot of sort of uncertainty one word to describe this season.

Roller coaster okay a good one like a six flags Jackson New Jersey wooden roller coaster where you feel like your head's going to come off at the beginning but then it turns out to be pretty pretty nice.

So you got it from 15 year old girlfriend right.

No, no chance, no chance.

I might have thrown up on that roller coaster.

But it's a successful roller coaster that's a good one.

So I'd probably go 99% Sam's army that's what I'm talking about.
