I'm still trying to catch up on sleep.

But I will tell you, me now being in my 50s, I've had doctors tell me how important it is to start

getting more sleep.

And the funny thing is, it reflects it on the scale.

I've had a lot of people over the years tell me, like, you want to lose weight,

drink a lot of water, cut down on your breads, cut down on your sweets, get a lot of sleep.

And me, I'm used to getting three hours sleep a night.

And Sunday, I slept until 1 o'clock in the afternoon.

Yesterday I slept until, well, actually, Monday.
