Summary

Laura, Bill, Kristin and Kathryn break down three rapes committed by Walter Jackson. On June 5 1996, just days after Lollie Winans and Julie Williams were sexually assaulted and murdered, Jackson abducted and raped another woman at knifepoint. He was arrested by a proactive detective. However, a prosecutor declined to pursue charges. Days later he raped again. This is unfathomable as are the extraordinary circumstances of Darrel Rice’s death, the FBI’s prime suspect for Lollie and Julie’s murders for many years. Join the conversation and the Crime Analyst Squad for extra videos relating to these updates and attend the August 14 Ringleaders Happy Hour where Kathryn will join Laura to dive deeper into the case www.patreon.con/CrimeAnalyst If you have any information concerning this case, please contact the FBI’s Toll-Free tipline at 1-800-CALL-FBI (1-800-225-5324).
