An 18-year-old English boy was stabbed five times by a 23-year-old Punjabi,

and rather than administer medical care, local police, arrested the boy and joked with his killer

as the young man bled out on the pavement uttering the words, I can't breathe.

New body cam footage has shocked anyone with even a slightly functioning conscience,

but the most arresting aspect of the video, as I was watching it,

was the realization that Henry Noak actually was who the left tried to make George Floyd out to be.

They uttered the same dying words.
