Like mostly everybody else, I was transfixed the other day when General Michael Flynn walked

into the courthouse in Washington and pled guilty, relying to the FBI.

The latest episode in this ongoing Russia investigation, but unlike everyone else, I had

the good fortune of having set up in advance through pure happenstance, a podcast with

Preet Bharara, who had some role to play in the beginnings of this investigation as the

former US Attorney from the Southern District of New York, which is a center of high-profile

prosecutions.

Remove from that office by President Trump, Bharara now has his own podcast called State
