0:46.3	How long have you been in Vancouver, Bruce?
0:48.5	Did you grow up there or how long have you been in Vancouver?
0:50.5	Yeah, all my life.
0:53.0	I've lived in the Vancouver area all my life.
0:55.3	The specific city I live in is Richmond, which is where the Vancouver airport is. So I live about 20 minutes from the airport, which is about
1:02.5	25 minutes from the port of Vancouver. So pretty close to everything. Yeah. And that's like the
1:10.5	center of like the Asian food scene in Vancouver
1:14.9	is where you live, actually. Yes, yes. We have the highest population of people from mainland
1:23.1	China outside of China. So I think it's like 70%. So there's Chinese food everywhere and it's
1:29.8	enjoyable and hot pot. I'm still trying to get used to that. My friends want me to try it,
1:37.2	but I still try the non-spicy side of the hot pot. But yeah, I mean, it's great.
1:44.6	It's a very multicultural area.
1:46.9	You go to Richmond and there's a lot of Asian culture food.
