Don't give back more than three days of gains.

Yeah.

And what I did is I gave back a record month plus four grand.

And you shouldn't be given a month back.

You should never give back a month and plus 4,000 on top.

Give back three days.

If you absolutely quit going through shit, give back a week.

You just kind of do it. Like I just just, and, but at the same time,

you have to take the losses to learn, I think.

Like, I went down a bunch of times

and realized and didn't learn.

You have to take the loss to learn.
