multifaceted fascinating grape that there is and I've loved it for years it was the wine that got me into wine. So I was so

lucky when moving from Rhinegau where I had an awesome experience to have my first visit in Mozell with Dr. Dirk Max Ferdinand Richter

of Max Ferdinand Richter Vinegut. Dr. Richter is the ninth generation of his family to manage and operate the winery.

This place was founded in 1680 as a wine export company,

but the family actually owned vineyards in Brownaberg in 1643.

And today the estate is owned by the same family that purchased those vineyards. The Richter Estate Mansion
